Digital photography has set the diving world alight and is one of the fastest growing aspects of scuba diving not only here in Murcia but on a global scale.
With the PADI Digital Underwater Photography Speciality we at Subaquamundo will share our knowledge of DUP with you as well as the top diving locations in Murcia for photgraphy. You will learn the basics of Digital Underwater Photography (DUP) whilst diving we cant promise to make you a David Bailey, but your skills and DUP knowledge will increase. We will also give you the option of using one of our state of the art *SEALIFE DC600* underwater cameras with EXT strobe (this realy makes those colours jump to life).
During the course we will talk about different camera types, strobes, wide angle lens use using the macro lens for close up photography and how to set up positioning for good composition of photographs. Our theory sessions dont end there though, once we have some pictures to play with we then go on to editing using a computer and professional photo editing software, (we will be using Windows Vista and Adobe Photoshop CS4).
We will also discuss which free editing softwares can give great results too. Once we get to grips with the photo editing software you will be astounded at just what is achievable with a few mouse clicks (and just how easy it is too). We also talk about setting up actions so that you can edit a complete album of photographs within just 2 or 3 easy steps.
How about an online gallery to show off your photos? no problem there as we also show you the basics of how to upload and show pictures on a pre made website (there are many free ones out there that fit the bill perfectly) as well as how to attach to emails so that your friends can see just what they are missing.
